Introduction

This is Part 2 of KIZZ, Living Alien Letters, The Original Twelve Series, White Background.

It was 2017, I discovered Digital Crypto Art, and I thought immediately of my KIZZ collection and I wonders if they would be appreciated by people out there, so I did just that, found some sites and uploaded to KnownOrigin as a test. Eventually after waiting months I asks and was told to uploads five random images, so I did that, and now awaiting word if my work is purchased, but not as yet.

The origin of this White Background KIZZ is because I had thought maybe no one liked my Full Colours versions, so I figured I would need to find a way to automated a method to remove the backgrounds around the Living Alien Letters, so I tested all kinds of softwares, and they was impossible to work with, until I found GIMP and tried it and it was also difficult, maybe not difficult to an expert nope, but for me, a novice, yep.

Then I try to study the help book, and finds how to ask the right questions to solve my problem and finally found it, and did it, and from then on I removes the backgrounds from the Full Colours and renamed them into White Background folder, and did the same for the Black Background folder, and it was months in the hard work.

First I uses the lasso tool, then carefully worked my way around the edges, then removes the background, and copy the lasso tool onto other images, and repeats every process, over and over and over, for months until I finished it all.

2,211 images in all. 12 images per folder/group. 184 folders. Awesome.

Then I tried to show my work, and there was no interest, oh well.

Many people likes the work, but all they do is click “like’ and that’s all. No questions about how I did it, no questions about why I created them, no questions at all. I was disappointed. I felt like a failure. I created them because something prompted those images to come into my mind and took years to become manifested, and yet no one cared. Odd. I figured the wrong people was looking and not understanding my work. Perhaps the right people will turn up one day. So, patience, they’ll turn up one day. They’ll see my work and appreciates my work very much. One day.
